Apply jpeg as Signature in Outlook

How to insert a picture as your signature in outlook…

  1. Go to “Options” from “Home” Tab in the Outlook ribbon
  2. Then go to “Mail” from the side bar in the opened window
  3. Then look for “Create or modify signatures for messages” and click the “Signature” button in the same row

In “E-mail Signature” tab create a new profile for your signature and then press “Insert Pic” button

Then select your pic and click “Ok”…and save the profile

Next time when you write your message insert <this> as your Signature…
